Working with the GLA, we are producing development toolkits that support Voluntary & Community Sector groups develop Community Led Housing opportunities across London. This project will assist Local Authorities and external organisations to bring forward difficult to deliver sites in London, delivering much needed affordable housing for residents in need in London.
