Working with local Voluntary & Community Sector groups, we are developing sites for Community Led Housing. The housing will be delivered on difficult, small sites, providing much needed affordable housing for local residents. Each site has been designed to use the available space, creating great housing on brownfield sites deemed financially unviable for development by the Local Authority.
